Description
Job Summary
The Cell Operator is responsible for assembling, testing, packaging, and inspecting valves and valve components while maintaining quality and safety standards in a manufacturing environment. The role involves operating assembly equipment, completing production documentation, performing quality checks, and ensuring products meet manufacturing specifications.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble valves and valve components using assembly machinery, jigs, and fixtures.
Follow Assembly Test Instructions (A.T.I.) to ensure product quality.
Test and package finished products according to specifications.
Label products and prepare them for shipment.
Complete production records, quality control documentation, and recaps.
Perform repetitive assembly tasks with accuracy and consistency.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Report quality or safety concerns promptly.
Perform additional production duties as assigned.
Requirements
Required Qualifications
Strong manual dexterity.
Detail-oriented with good attention to quality.
Ability to follow manufacturing procedures and safety standards.
Ability to successfully complete background screening and pre-employment requirements.
Preferred Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED.
Ability to read and write English.

Work Schedule
Second Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM)
Overtime as required.
Work Environment
On-site manufacturing facility.
