Job Summary
Full-time opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a pediatric outpatient setting. This role supports children in developing communication, social, and adaptive living skills through structured, individualized treatment under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
What You’ll Do
Deliver direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children under BCBA supervision.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans using ABA principles.
Collect data, track progress, and support adjustments to treatment plans.
Promote skill development in communication, social interaction, and adaptive behavior.
Maintain a positive, engaging, and supportive environment that encourages learning and success.

Requirements
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
