Job Summary
Full-time opportunity for a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy in a pediatric outpatient setting. This role involves working closely with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to support children in developing communication, social, and adaptive living skills through structured, evidence-based interventions.
What You’ll Do
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children under the supervision of a BCBA.
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on ABA principles.
Collect data and track progress to support treatment adjustments.
Encourage skill development in communication, social interactions, and adaptive behavior.
Maintain a positive, supportive, and engaging environment for learning and growth.

Requirements
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
